Safer Residential Streets & Traffic Calming
Pinch points, speeding shortcuts, and high-traffic arterial roads put pedestrians, families, and cyclists at risk. I will push for targeted traffic-calming measures, clearer sight lines, and safe pedestrian crossings near local schools, parks, and busy corridors like Burnhamthorpe, Bloor, and Dundas.
Fixing Roads & Core Maintenance First
City hall must focus tax dollars on core responsibilities. I will advocate for prioritizing state-of-good-repair projects—fixing potholes, resurfacing deteriorating asphalt, repairing cracked sidewalks, and improving street lighting across all Ward 3 neighbourhoods.
Stormwater Protection & Flood Prevention
With increasingly severe weather events, keeping our local stormwater systems, catch basins, and creeks functioning properly is vital to protect local homes and properties from localized flooding.
